We build sovereign and responsible AI for a living, so how we handle your data matters to us. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what control you have over it.

This page describes our intended practices but has not yet been reviewed by counsel and is not a binding legal document. For anything contractual, please contact us directly.
In short
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, company name, and message you provide, together with the time of submission, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. The IP address and user-agent are collected for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
We do not currently run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set any non-essential cookies.
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to progress a commercial conversation you initiated. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Technical data (IP address, user-agent) is used to detect and block automated abuse of the contact form.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from automated submissions. Turnstile receives your IP address and limited browser signals in order to make that determination. Cloudflare processes this data as our processor.
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law or accounting obligations. Technical rate-limiting data is short-lived and not retained beyond its operational window.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us and we will respond within the timeframe your local law requires.
This site is served over HTTPS with HSTS, a strict Content-Security-Policy, and clickjacking protection. See our security page for more detail on our engineering practices.
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting existing contacts will be communicated directly.
